To assess the project and investigate the optimum manner in which to handle it

To engage the appropriate experts to fully evaluate the feasibility of the project

To discuss the marketability of the equipment in order to achieve maximize realizations

To design flexible and workable disposal strategies

To appoint and nominate appropriate personnel to handle the project

To give worldwide or “appropriate” exposure to the project

To handle all contractual negotiations in respect of the project

To handle all financial matters in respect of the project

To appoint qualified and approved removal contractors for the project

To ensure the site clearance procedure is completed within the agreed timescales

To ensure all Health & Safety regulations are strictly adhered to throughout the project
