Complete Core Making (Cold Box) Facility
This facility high quality is designed to manufacture up to 10,000 high density & high series cores for cylinder blocks & cylinder heads for 4 cylinder engines.
The 6 HOTTINGER Core Shooters make various intricate cores which are subsequently assembled and dipped in slurry by the fully automated MEISSNER system. Following this procedure they are transported, via a core oven, by an overhead monorail conveyor system.
