Transverse thickness deviation of raw materia ≤ ± 2 %

Product Precision

Thickness tolerance in steady state

± 5 μm (δ < 0.5 mm)
± 1 % δ (δ ≥ 0.5 mm)

The thickness tolerance in accelerating / decelerating is 2 times more than rolling in steady speed.

Note: The precision of the products is guaranteed based on the precision of incoming raw material quality.
